This is particularly true in the hard times.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Business visioning and goal setting<\/strong> is a beautiful thing. Having a <strong>VISION<\/strong>\u00a0is essential. It makes your dreams feel more concrete and obtainable. It gives you focus, direction and a barometer upon which to make life and business decisions.<\/li>\n<li>With a vision, you live and lead with intention and purpose because you know where you are going. Without the direction of a clear vision for guidance, it is unlikely you will feel fulfilled because you will not base your decisions on what you want for you, your business and your life and where you are headed, but instead you will base them on circumstances of the moment.<\/li>\n<li>So to feel\u00a0fulfilled and be succcessful, you really need a vision. Vision\u00a0is THE first step to set your goals. When your goals are set and drafted, it is also important\u00a0to plan them out and work on them everyday.<br \/>\n<blockquote style=\"margin: 0 0 0 40px; border: none; padding: 0px;\">\n<h4>1.1 Your benefits when Visioning and Business Goal Setting<\/h4>\n<\/blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li>Visioning and <em>Business Goal Setting<\/em>\u00a0will \u00a0:\n<ul>\n<li>give you a <strong>STRUCTURE AND\u00a0CONSISTENCY<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>keep you motivated. Motivation will help you overcome challenges and achieve your goals. <strong>Motivation<\/strong> is vital. Without being motivated, you can loose your <strong>PASSION<\/strong>\u00a0for achieving your goals.<\/li>\n<li>help you be flexible. Indeed, ideas or requests for partnerships \u00a0can help you achieve your goals differently. Or, a change in law will ask you to change your goals and business model. \u00a0So, be flexible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>So I highly recommend you to create\u00a0a vision of what you want your life and your business to look like in all areas, and picture it in your mind every day. Then create your plan to get there, take action with a resolve not to quit, and watch what happens.
