1. Do You Know Where You Are Going?

• Every manager, every Business Owner, every entrepreneur, everyone needs goals to keep them moving forward, to remain determined and motivated the whole year. This is particularly true in the hard times.
• Business visioning and goal setting is a beautiful thing. Having a VISION is essential. It makes your dreams feel more concrete and obtainable. It gives you focus, direction and a barometer upon which to make life and business decisions.
• With a vision, you live and lead with intention and purpose because you know where you are going. Without the direction of a clear vision for guidance, it is unlikely you will feel fulfilled because you will not base your decisions on what you want for you, your business and your life and where you are headed, but instead you will base them on circumstances of the moment.
• So to feel fulfilled and be succcessful, you really need a vision. Vision is THE first step to set your goals. When your goals are set and drafted, it is also important to plan them out and work on them everyday.

  • Visioning and Business Goal Setting will  :
    • give you a STRUCTURE AND CONSISTENCY
    • keep you motivated. Motivation will help you overcome challenges and achieve your goals. Motivation is vital. Without being motivated, you can loose your PASSION for achieving your goals.
    • help you be flexible. Indeed, ideas or requests for partnerships  can help you achieve your goals differently. Or, a change in law will ask you to change your goals and business model.  So, be flexible.
• So I highly recommend you to create a vision of what you want your life and your business to look like in all areas, and picture it in your mind every day. Then create your plan to get there, take action with a resolve not to quit, and watch what happens. Even the smallest steps will lead you to your goals with ease and confidence.
